How do I start a letter, that is intended to spotlight an agent who is so darn multifaceted?

Earlene was recommended to me by a top producing Windermere agent, so I knew she would excel in the real estate part of the job. But my surprise came (several times) when she expanded her real estate duties in:

• Handywoman
• Errand girl
• Locksmith
• Cleaning lady (over my protests)
• Yard woman
• General over-seeer
• "I don't know, but I'll go right down and check it out" girl
• Dillard moving superintendent

I'm sure I'm leaving out some jobs, but you get the general idea. I've never experienced a more accommodating, genuinely NICE person.

I have to confess that I am not used to real estate people like that - and I am one! Knowing Earlene has brightened my listing experience and my life. I've learned that there are no tragedies in life, just challenges. You probably know this about Earlene, but isn't it wonderful that your customers know too?
